Meet Ryan Dibala
Ryan first started birding over 20 years ago when he worked as a wildlife research technician monitoring raptor nests and conducting point counts for the Connecticut DEEP. He received a Master's in Biology from Ball State University studying the nesting ecology of cerulean warblers and later went on to earn his Ph.D. in Natural Resources Management from the University of Missouri. Ryan moved to Denver in 2018 and has been birding along the front range ever since. He currently owns and operates Birding Man Wildlife Tours, a birding and wildlife tour operator based in Arvada. Ryan especially enjoys finding warblers, raptors, and grouse while teaching about their natural history.
Ryan enjoys leading trips of all kinds, but especially those with a focus on natural history and conservation. Ryan's ultimate goal is to facilitate a deeper connection to nature through birding, observation, and inquiry.
