a separate account so that the liability waiver is tied to an individual.

Take S Wadsworth Blvd past Chatfield SP to Waterton Rd on left. Take Waterton Rd 1.6 miles east to North Rampart Range Road. Turn right and go south 2.3 miles to Roxborough Park Rd. Turn left (east) onto Roxborough Park Rd and then turn immediately right (south) on Roxborough Rd and follow signs to the Park (2.2 miles). State Parks pass or day pass required.
About the Trip
This trip is limited to the first 6 registrations.
Learn to ID birds by their songs and calls while hiking on the beautiful Willow Creek trail. Along the way, Alison will provide useful memory techniques to help you correlate a bird to its sound. Beginner to expert birders welcome. Please register even if you are put on the waiting list. Many more spaces may open up two days prior to this field trip. This is a shared event with Roxborough State Park public. Note: you will need a Colorado State Parks Pass or buy a $ 8.00-day pass available at the entrance gate. We will meet outside of the visitor center’s auditorium. Bring binoculars, water, and snacks. Possible birds species include: Golden Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Prairie Falcon, Lazuli Bunting, Black-headed Grosbeak, Black-chinned Hummingbird, Broad-tailed Hummingbird, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Canyon Wren, Yellow-breasted Chat, MacGillivray’s Warbler, Yellow Warbler, Spotted Towhee, Green-tailed Towhee, Bullock’s Oriole, Cordilleran Flycatcher, Dusky Flycatcher, Plumbeous Vireo, Woodhouse’s Scrub-jay, Bushtit, Black-capped Chickadee, Mountain Chickadee, White-breasted Nuthatch, Brown Creeper and spring migrants!
