Meet Amanda Baker
I have lived on the Front Range my whole life, and I started my active birding journey in my Ornithology class during my undergrad just a couple years back! I absolutely love being outside and the never- ending learning opportunities presented in it. One of my favorite aspects of birding is being able to understand the wild world around me, while being immersed in that peaceful feeling only nature can provide.
My ideal trips will be to the same group of places year-round. I know people have busy schedules, so my trips will be short and relaxed birding great for beginners! There’s always something new to love out there if we’re just around to experience it! Outside of birding, I am a martial arts instructor and athlete, and I love hiking and camping!
